Job Title: CDL Class A Truck Driver (OTR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver with a minimum of 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and timely deliveries. This role involves long-haul routes, adherence to DOT regulations, and maintaining excellent communication with dispatch and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently over long distances
• Transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery status
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled to prevent damage
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum of 2 years OTR (over-the-road) driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to drive long hours and travel for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Drug Screen pre-employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Environment:

• Long-haul routes across regional or national territories
• Extended periods on the road, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
